Model: Oceanic High. Custom fixed-segment, a-typical track levels either side of the pool

Clients Objective: This project was brought to us by Wolf Architects – a leading Melbourne boutique firm. The client brief was to provide a solution to enclosure the existing pool with a TPEC retractable structure, rather than leaving the current pool open and having to build a new indoor pool on the property – this was to be too expensive and impractical, along with the planning restrictions that would have affected the project. The TPEC solution was highly customised and required site modifications. It features a fixed segment over the spa and tracks either side of the pool that are place at different levels – a great example of TPEC’s design capability on difficult sites. The client can use their pool year-round and have an outdoor pool in minutes during warmer weather.

Solution:

• Polycarbonate – Clear compact sides and ends, smoked twin-wall roof
• Profile Colour – Anthracite
• Doors – 2x lateral sliding and double sliding doors in end face.
